The contact backrest mechanism maintains back support in forward-leaning working postures, such as in assembly work. Seat tilt supports working close to the task and reduces strain on the lower back. The artificial leather upholstery is highly resistant to wear and disinfectants and is easy to keep clean, making the chair suitable also for healthcare environments. The seat height adjustment range is 440–620 mm, and the chair also features backrest height adjustment. Easy-to-use adjustments allow the chair to be quickly adapted to different users. Treston Ergo 30 is therefore well suited to shared workstations. The chair is equipped with soft twin castors (Ø 50 mm) that brake when unloaded, increasing safety by keeping the chair in place when not in use. Multi-adjustable 4D armrests (ARE) are available as an accessory.
